Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, area, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you use the chat feature, we store the messages you send and the automated replies. The website may also receive basic technical information such as your browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, and campaign parameters in the page address.
Google Ads account data
Authorized administrators connect the application to Google Ads using Google OAuth. The application accesses Google Ads account and campaign information needed to manage D.Yago Creative LLC's advertising, including customer account identifiers, campaign and ad group details, budgets, ads, keywords, location targeting, campaign status, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions. The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google contacts.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss and provide requested services, manage customer inquiries, and operate and improve our website. Google Ads data is used by authorized staff to create or update campaigns, pause campaigns, synchronize campaign status and performance, and display that information in the private dashboard. Website and campaign information may also be used to understand how visitors find the site and measure advertising performance. We do not use Google Ads data to build profiles for unrelated purposes or to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Ads tags to measure advertising and conversion activity. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information about your browser and activity on this site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and review Google’s advertising controls. Blocking cookies may affect some measurement features.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host the site and database, authenticate administrators, store and manage inquiries and campaign records, deliver email notifications, and measure advertising. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services. Google Ads data is not sold, used for advertising unrelated to D.Yago Creative LLC, or shared with third parties except Google as needed to operate the Google Ads integration and our service providers as needed to run the application. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and chat information as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Campaign records and synced performance data remain in the application while needed for campaign management and reporting, unless an administrator deletes them or we remove them. Google OAuth refresh credentials are kept in server-side configuration and are not exposed to website visitors. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and children
You may contact us to ask about or request correction or deletion of information you provided, subject to records we must retain. Authorized administrators can disconnect the Google Ads integration by revoking access through their Google Account or asking us to remove the stored authorization. Campaign data can also be deleted from the dashboard, subject to any records we must retain. This website is intended for people seeking information about our services; please do not submit sensitive personal information about a child through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
